Save an image to disk.

saveimage("~/image_out.png", img_to_save);

This software uses the FreeImage open source image library. See http://freeimage.sourceforge.net for details. FreeImage is used under the (GNU GPL or FIPL), version (license version).

Parameters

[in]	filename	name of the image, including extension
[in]	img	image to write

Note: formats supported: jpeg, bmp, png, tiff, ppm; channels supported: 8 bit (Gray), 24 bit color (RGB), 32 bit (RGBA)
