The C++ interface for scale.

Scale the input image by scale_x units along x-dimension and scale_y units along y-dimension.

Parameters

[in]	image	input image
[in]	scale_x	magnitude of scale along x (1st or height) dimension
[in]	scale_y	magnitude of scale along y (2nd or width) dimension
[in]	oh	specify output height of image, if (0, default) then output height is computationally determined using scale_x
[in]	ow	specify output width of image, if (0, default) then output width is computationally determined using scale_y

scaled image

Note

resize and scale are not the exact same functions. The perform the the same operations but scale does not clamp values to the boundaries.
